Why this cannot be rigged

1Commit. Before you pay, the server generates a secret seed and publishes only its hash sha256(seed). It is now locked in and cannot be changed.
2Your entropy.You pay on-chain. Your transaction signature is unpredictable and outside the house's control — nobody can know it in advance.
3Deterministic outcome. The result is drawn from HMAC(seed, signature). It depends on both the locked-in seed and your signature, so neither side can steer it.
4Reveal. After the open, the seed is revealed. You hash it yourself: if it matches the commit from step 1, the house proved it used the exact seed it committed to — no swapping, no rigging.

Payouts follow a fixed, published formula (a 40% floor, an 82–90% RTP band that can never exceed 93%, jackpots capped by the reserve). The math guarantees the house edge is small and constant, and that the reserve can always pay — verified over 2,000,000 simulated boxes with zero insolvencies.
